I've been trying to reach customer service for a while now, in different ways, but my questions remain unanswered! What needs to be done to get your Help successfully?
I try to convert Madlotto points into MadWin points, but a "bug" does not allow me to Confirm my request, or even to contact customer service from the site.
What should be done? I find it unacceptable not to be able to reach the webmaster!!!!!
